Important Notes

Direct settlement for Out-Patient treatment may be restricted to certain groups.
Except in the case of emergency, direct settlement for In-Patient treatment requires the insurance company's prior authorisation.
Prior authorisation may also be required for certain tests or procedures performed on an out-patient basis.
All insured patients are, therefore, strongly advised to confirm their insurance coverage with Al Zahra's Insurance Co-ordinators.
