Dr. Deepak Bhatia is an Orthopedics Surgeon with special expertise in all aspects of Knee and Shoulder surgery. He completed his graduate and post graduate training in the United Kingdom where he obtained his fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons. He was awarded a fellowship at the John Hopkins Hospital in USA to specialize in knee and shoulder surgery where he spent further 2 yrs.

He has a very vast clinical experience in Arthroscopic (Key-Hole/Laser) Surgery of the knee and shoulder. This included arthroscopic ACL reconstruction, meniscal surgery and all aspects of arthroscopic shoulder surgery.

The other large area of his surgical expertise includes Joint Replacement especially Knee replacement, shoulder replacement and hip replacement surgeries.

He is specifically trained and qualified to use new implants designed especially for the younger patients. These joint replacement implants require high precision techniques during surgery, and Dr. Bhatia has personally carried out a large number of joint replacements using these new techniques.
