Dr. Fadil has over 20 years of experience in Paediatrics & Neonatology, including 13 years working in Britain at different Teaching & Associated Teaching Hospitals for the Universities of Newcastle, Leeds and London. He completed the Higher Specialist Training Programme in London and was awarded the Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCST) in Paediatrics by the United Kingdom's highest specialist training authority of the Royal Medical Colleges in May 1997. In October 1997, he was elected Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. He is an International member of the American Academy of Paediatrics and the European Respiratory Society.
Dr. Fadil has extensive experience in all areas of General Paediatrics and Neonatology (including Neonatal & Paediatric Intensive Care) with special interest in Paediatric Asthma & Allergic Disorders, Diabetes Mellitus and Urinary Tract Infections. He has been instrumental in developing Evidence-based Guidelines for the management of important medical problems in neonates and children (Congenital Renal Anomalies, Neonatal Hips, Use of Antibiotics, Childhood Diabetes Mellitus, Urinary Tract Infections, etc.). His last appointment in the UK was as Consultant Paediatrician, Eastbourne District General Hospital, England.
